  • Shipping fees, if applicable, are shown separately at checkout and are not included in the product price.

5. Orders and Contract Formation

An order placed by you constitutes an offer to purchase goods at the stated price and conditions. A legally binding contract is formed between you and Vastrakriti Retail Private Limited only when we confirm that your payment has been successfully captured and we send you an order confirmation email containing a unique order ID (formatted as VSK######). Until that confirmation is issued, we reserve the right to decline or modify your order (e.g., if a product becomes unavailable between the time you added it to your cart and the time payment was processed).

6. Stock and Substitution

Vastrakriti offers apparel, footwear, and fashion accessories sourced and stocked in varying quantities. While we endeavour to keep our inventory accurate in real time, situations may arise where a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed. In such cases:

  1. We will notify you within 24 hours.
  2. We will offer either a full refund to your original payment method or, where possible, a substitution of comparable style and value.
  3. You are free to accept or decline any proposed substitution. We will never dispatch a substitute product without your explicit consent.

7. Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel any order for the following reasons:

  • Suspected fraudulent activity or unusual purchasing patterns.
  • Product being genuinely out of stock despite inventory records.
  • Incorrect price or description published due to a technical error.
  • Undeliverable delivery address that cannot be served by our logistics partners.
  • Failure to receive payment confirmation from the payment gateway within the processing window.

In all such cases, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, along with written notification of the cancellation reason.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on vastrakriti.shop — including the name "Vastrakriti", our logo, product photographs, descriptions, and the overall look and feel of the website — is the exclusive property of Vastrakriti Retail Private Limited or is licensed to us.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written permission. Reverse-engineering product pages, scraping the catalogue programmatically, or training machine learning models on our content without express written consent is strictly prohibited.

9. User Content

If you submit a product review, photograph, or other content ("User Content") on our platform, you grant Vastrakriti Retail Private Limited a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, publish, and display that content in connection with the Vastrakriti brand. You warrant that your User Content is truthful, does not infringe third-party rights, and is not unlawful, defamatory, or obscene. You agree not to:

11. Disclaimers & Product Variations

Vastrakriti sources apparel, footwear, and accessories from multiple vendors. While we make every effort to ensure accurate product representation, minor variations in colour, shade, texture, and dimensions may exist between product photographs and the actual item received, owing to lighting conditions and display calibration differences. Minor variations of up to 5% from stated measurements are considered within acceptable tolerance. These variations do not constitute a material defect unless they significantly depart from the described product or impair functionality.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vastrakriti Retail Private Limited's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your use of the website, or any purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profit, or loss of business opportunity.
